Whether you are in town for the day, a few weeks or months, or for a lifetime — you are very welcome at the Church of the Holy Spirit!
The Church of the Holy Spirit has been serving the Gallup area since 1892. When a church has served a community for more than a century, it seems clear that God has a special purpose for that community as well as for that church family.
We are an Episcopal Church, which means we strive to maintain the Anglican traditions of Biblical preaching and teaching. Our worship services are in accordance with the Book of Common Prayer, with the liturgy of the Word and Holy Eucharist (Communion) every Sunday. Holy Communion is open to all baptized Christians.
Our intention as part of the Body of Christ is: “To Know Christ and Make Him Known, Through Love.” What this means to us is that we seek to nurture the spiritual lives of each one of our parish family — through teaching, preaching, prayer ministry, and pastoral care — so that each of us can make Christ known to those around us by the way we live our lives. As individuals and as a church family, we reach out to the community with Christian compassion and love.
Come join us! Our Sunday worship schedule: 8:00 am and 10:30 am with Christian Formation classes at 9:15 am
